While sweating happily, while doing so, I began to take a great deal of interest in "what is the body? From various sports and workouts (full contact karate, tennis, archery, swimming, resistance training, crossfit, etc.)
Through my experience up to body work (Kundalini yoga, Chinese martial arts, Qigong, East-West work, gymnastics, etc.), I am in a position that there is no superiority or inferiority in each physical exercise. Also, from the standpoint of an acupuncture and moxibustion massager, I believe that self-exercise is absolutely necessary for many people, and that the body essentially seeks exercise.
From 2003 to the present, I have supported the maintenance and promotion of health and the maintenance and improvement of physical function from athletes to disabled people and children to 103 years old.
