Step 1 Reset

Hello! I am Maeda Etsuo. I will briefly introduce myself.
"What is the body?" It is my life work. In the early 2000s, in my mid-20s, I was busy traveling around Southeast Asia and attending karate dojos and yoga classes. While sweating happily, while doing so, I began to take a great deal of interest in "what is the body? (Body theory)", and since then, the body from various fields such as medical care, exercise, food, and health care. Will be involved in.
From various sports and workouts (full contact karate, tennis, archery, swimming, resistance training, crossfit, etc.)
Through my experience up to body work (Kundalini yoga, Chinese martial arts, Qigong, East-West work, gymnastics, etc.), I am in a position that there is no superiority or inferiority in each physical exercise. Also, from the standpoint of an acupuncture and moxibustion massager, I believe that self-exercise is absolutely necessary for many people, and that the body essentially seeks exercise.
From 2003 to the present, I have supported the maintenance and promotion of health and the maintenance and improvement of physical function from athletes to disabled people and children to 103 years old.

1. Core Exercises on the Mat

3. Strength training

The main focus is on the one-set method, with the aim of working out with one or two sets per exercise. This is a training method that aims for maximum results in a short amount of time. 1. Pushing, 2. Pulling, 3. Standing up. These three movements use all the muscles in your body.
4. Massage and stretching
Approximately 5 to 10 minutes
